DIRECTIONS
Bring about a quart of water to a full rolling boil, turn off the stove, put two tea bags in, cover, and let STEEP for at least 4 to 8 hours. This brings the herbs to full potency. Refrigerate. Drink one 8 oz. glass with lunch, and one 8 oz. glass with dinner and one 4 oz. glass with snacks.

Mix Holy Tea with water or any other juice or tea to make 1 gallon. You can also sweeten it or add lemon if desired.

After drinking the gallon of tea, save the tea bags, dry the tea herbs, and simply add to any food: soups, spaghetti, stews, salads, potatoes, etc.

2 tea bags = 1 gallon / Do NOT microwave water or tea bags
